I am writing to thank you and your organization for a tremendous job. We have been extremely pleased with the level of customer service and are fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with you and your staff of professionals.

We have had window film installed in several homes over the last 15 years. We initially had window film installed in 1993 in Michigan and immediately sought out a distributor once we moved to Texas to protect against the intense heat and provide UV protection for our floors and draperies. Upon moving to Charlotte we researched and met with numerous vendors before making our final selection. Fortunately for us we selected Windo Solutions.

After installing window film on all downstairs windows we realized that we had too much backyard shade and needed a much lighter window film on the back windows. Your organization is to be commended for your attention to customer satisfaction. You came back and replaced the window film at no charge.  What a difference it has made in brightening up the rooms.
